- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went to H&R Block IN Keystone Heights FL, they did not do my taxes correctly, so I went back to them when the IRS contacted me about that and H&R Block was going to charge me to fix THEIR mistake $120 and stated it was not their fault. Needless to say, I left Mad, very MAD. I found someone local to look at my taxes and fix them and I was charged a very small amount. Also, I was told if there are any mistakes that are not mine (meaning I have not hidden anything) then they are taken care of for free! Use Taxes and Faxes dot com. They will even come to you! By the way they only charge $75 and that includes FREE e-file with your service and your MONEY returned quickly into your bank in about 6 to 8 days! I am using them this year and telling EVERYONE, don't use H&R Block.By A Google User, November 01, 2016
